Hi! 3 months ago I had cervical bone fusion on the 5 & 7 Vertebra. Even tho it is still healing my neck hurts and I have problems in the thoracic area. I do alot of reaching on my job. My back is killing me, my doctor took me off es vicodon. For about a year I was taking 120mg oxcycodone, because of my back and neck. They were not sure if iit was just the neck or other things. Anyway they don,t want me to take pain killers any more, yet they are taking their time getting me in to therapy and pain managemnt. It's really hard to make it thew work. I was hoping a back brace might help. But I am not sure what to get. Should I get a back brace or a back support? Most that I find on the web are for women. Right now even as I sit the middle of my back ( the thoracic area ) is killing me and I feel that maybe a brace or support might help. Thanks
