Acceptance of Terms & Conditions of Use & Sale - Customer understands and agrees that they have been provided ample opportunity to review the Terms & Conditions of Use & Sale upon our web site prior to their order's actual submission. Customer warrants clicking on any sales related button (i.e. ADD TO CART, or View Cart) constitutes assent (or acceptance) to purchase a specified product at the given price, according to the Terms & Conditions of Use & Sale set forth herein, and that this order is submitted by them, and accepted by Paypal® for processing of billing and collection of money in good faith, also in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of Use & Sale set forth herein & Paypal®'s User Agreement, and that these policies shall govern any disputes. Submission of any information to Paypal® in accordance with any financial transaction shall be subject to Paypal®'s Privacy Policy. Jurisdiction of this agreement shall be within the State of California and resolution made in accordance with the laws thereof. Dr. Robles & Lucid Force Chiropractic reserve the right to review all orders for acceptance/rejection as well as accuracy of information. All sales are bound by this agreement. Other General Terms - Use of this website and/or purchase of any products sold herein does not constitute the formation of a doctor-patient relationship with Dr. Robles, Lucid Force Health Center, or Lucid Force Chiropractic. Always consult your preferred healthcare professional for any questions or concerns you may have related to your specific condition. The intent of this website is not to diagnose or treat any condition, but to educate and inform. Privacy Policy - Information provided by customer is considered confidential and utilized for internal purposes only. Customer may on occasion receive in-house mailings from our mailing list via email or direct mail services. Standard Order Processing - The average processing time is about 24-48 hours for domestic orders placed 8am-5pm M-F (pacific time). Customer agrees that products not currently in stock or those purchased as anticipated manufacturer releases, will automatically be placed on backorder, charged and shipped as they become available unless we are otherwise instructed by the customer. All charges will appear on your credit card statement as LUCIDFORCE. Shipment Terms - Shipping times vary by region, however, typically shipments take 1-3 business days to the 48 contiguous states, with exception of the following areas: the southern half of Texas, the southern tip of Florida, the northeast most portion of Maine, and the eastern half of Montana. The typical shipment time for the aforementioned areas is business 3-4 days. Any failure or delay in the shipment or delivery caused by lack or failure of transportation, manufacturer's back orders or delay in shipping, breakdowns, accidents, strikes, flood, or any cause beyond our control, shall not constitute breach of contract, nor shall any damages attach to such failure or delay. Customer agrees to (a) notify customer care (customercare@lucidforce.com) of the situation at once (b) keep the original box and all packing materials. Upon notification from the customer, depending upon method of shipment, we will provide customer with instruction for proper method of returning the damaged product. Customers failure to abide by this clause, follow proper return instructions, or by returning a damaged item to us directly, could invalidate carrier insurance protection. In such event, replacement or refund to customer is void.

Shipping: Shipment is not available to
all countries. Rates vary by destination country.

Delivery- Customer agrees that they are solely responsible for the security of their mail receiving area and shall hold harmless Dr. Robles, Lucid Force Health Center, Lucid Force Chiropractic, or duly authorized affiliate thereof, for any missing parcels or losses once a package is "confirmed" by the authorized carrier as having been delivered to the customer’s shipping address. No refunds will be honored under these circumstances. Carrier Claims - Claims for defective shipping cartons must be filed by the customer with the carrier and noted on the carrier’s freight receipt at the time of delivery. All claims must be submitted with the carrier directly as once the item is transferred to the carrier from our distributor it is considered delivered to the customer per this agreement. In the event customer should receive a product damaged in shipping, we will do our best to aid in rectification of the situation, but only as intermediary to the buyer. However, customer shall not, under any circumstances, take it upon their own to return a damaged product to us directly. Customers failure to abide by this clause, follow proper return instructions, or by returning a damaged item to us directly, could invalidate carrier insurance protection. In such event, replacement or refund to customer is void. Please note that the customer (not Lucid Force or Dr. Robles) is responsible for providing insurance against loss or damage and that this option is available only upon specific request by the customer. Goods - Written authorization must be given by Lucid Force,
before any merchandise can be returned. Authorization for requests
should be submitted within 30 days of the original invoice date to:
customercare@lucidforce.com. Additionally,
any and all claims for missing, damaged, incorrect or defective goods
must be made within 3 days after receipt of order. Customer
agrees to (a) notify customer care (customercare@lucidforce.com) of the
situation at once (b) keep the original box and all packing materials.
Upon notification from the customer, depending upon method of shipment,
we will provide customer with instruction for proper method of
returning the product. Credit will be issued on the original
net purchase price only, excluding shipping or shipping &
handling less applicable restocking fees. Returns must be in
unopened cartons and shipped freight pre-paid unless stated otherwise
in writing. |

Limitation of Warranties - Lucid Force makes no warranty, expressed or implied in connection with the sale to, and use by, the buyer, or any other person of any product sold hereunder, unless otherwise set forth in writing. The goods we sell are produced by other firms and may be warranted by those manufacturers against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of time. Any and all misuse of these products is excluded from warranties. Ratings, charts and other statistical data included on the website were provided by the manufacturers we represent, and are offered for your information and convenience only. All warranties are provided by the manufacturers and only in the manner offered legally by those manufacturers. We will assist the buyer with warranty repairs or other claims, but only as intermediary to the buyer. Lucid Force does not assume any responsibility for the accuracy of manufacturer supplied information. Lucid Force shall not be liable under any circumstances for consequential or incidental damages for breach of contract or warranty of nonperformance due to accidents, fire, strikes, or causes beyond our control.
